The man in my life :)

He is an angel fell from heaven. The man who completed my soul. I love him with all my life. He is the true meaning of a father :) Mommy gave birth to 6 of us. All daughters. Every single time mommy gave birth to, he never make it to be by her side. When mommy gave birth to me, daddy was in Kuala Lumpur for a job interview. And he nailed it by a miracle from my appearance in this ruthless world. But when i grow up, and have a family on my own. I wanna give birth with my daddy beside me holding my hand :) 

Owhh he take care of us very well. I remember when my mom talks about my dad's attitude of treating us at a stall. She said that my dad shouted at us when we ordered a juice for beverage. He then recommended us to just order something simple like ' teh'o ais ' . From now own, that drink is our main drink in ordering at any stall. HAHA. I found it quite cruel but he just want his daughters to have a simple life :) . And enjoy that pleasure moments with our love ones. haha. daddy owhhh daddy <3 

His personality entertain us. He always do stupid jokes to make us laugh. And he never shows his problems to us. We knew he had because mother told us. But he never mention about it or ask for our help. He never let us down :) But, we always lend him a hand. And never ever complain about what we have and what he gave us. That is how much we love our father :) 

  I love my dad :) . He always wants what's best for us and i want to really make him proud next year :) I really want to hear " congrats dik " out from his mouth. And i really want him to be by my side :) I want the sound of his voice playing with my child :) And i want to see his smiley face when see me success :) I still remember back when i was 3 years old, at our poorly home got only a slice of bread for snacks. At 6 pm sharp i went waiting at the door. And go wild when daddy open the door from work. And he kiss me at the cheek :) . But now, I sit back at the sofa watching tv. still peeking at the door waiting for my dad to come home. With a nestle crunchy wafer bites for snacks. And smile shyly when saw my dad open the door :) 

In my head thinking, He always comes home :) 

Kulinari :)

bukan masak aje bidang kulinari ni.. Amek diploma kena blajar ekonomi, bahasa mandarin, bahasa french, MATHEMATIC ( shitto :/ ) , akaun, english, agama, marketing, management, human resourse, restorant operation & food study, and bnyak laahh lagi .. tanak banyak pulak kan :(

kalau amek diploma 3 tahun which is 6 semester. setiap semester hanya ada samada 1 or 2 kelas kitchen dlm seminggu. tahpape -.-' . hari2 lain, belajar yg diatas itu :) . 

well kelas kitchen, setiap semester lain2. kalau semester 1, belajar pastry ( best best :D ). Semester 2 blajar western cuisine. semester 3 ada 2 kelas which is western n garde marger. semester 4 belajar malay cuisine. semester 5 ada practical n semester 6 belajar international cuisine n pastry. 

semester 2 n 3 ada kelas serving jugak. belajar cara serve in fine dining restaurant, cara susun cutleries, lipat napkin, design table.. n many laa .. seni mesti bagus maaa xD

kalau sambung degree dari diploma, amek masa 2 tahun jea.. masuk degree terus semester 3. masa degree mcm blajar diploma jugak. such as ; bahasa france n english. kitchen design and layout. food science. food safety. food service law. human resource. organizational behavior. n business also management. Assignment bnyak pasal bina restoran ( best best xD) 

kelas kitchen, semester 3 belajar pastry ( yes !! ) , semester 4 xda kitchen ( alaaaa ) , semester 5 belajar asian cuisine, n semester 6 belajar food styling.

FIRST :) 

lepas dah digelar  'chef ' , aku akan pergi mintak kerja at atas kapal.. untuk simpan duit half of it for my savings to open a small restaurant. have western food n desserts n pastry at australia. another half is to build a restaurant that my sister n me planning to open here at malaysia. i will be the head chef :) . sounds amazing and best kann :) . wow wow weeee .... tak sabar nya ...
